摘  要:针对陶粒混凝土体积不稳定导致其早期微膨胀和收缩较大,从而引起结构渗漏、钢筋锈蚀等问题提出用缩减剂改善陶粒混凝土的收缩性能,通过研究单掺SRA、单掺PPF、不同比例互掺SRA、PPF对陶粒混凝自收缩、干燥收缩和压缩强度的影响,得到的具体结论为:互掺SRA和PPF对混凝土各方面性能的改善皆优于单掺混凝土。3%SRA和0.3%PPF互掺为最优组合,以空白对照组为基准,72h内自收缩减少了68.6%;压缩强度达到基准组的90%。The volume instability of ceramsite concrete leads to its early micro expansion and shrinkage,which leads to structural leakage,steel corrosion and other problems.It is proposed to use reducing agent to improve the shrinkage performance of ceramsite concrete.By studying the effects of single SRA,single PPF,and different ratios of SRA and PPF on the coagulation autogenous shrinkage,drying shrinkage and compressive strength of ceramsite,the specific conclusions are:the improvement of all aspects of concrete performance by intermixing SRA and PPF is better than that of single admixing concrete.3%SRA and 0.3%PPF intermixing is the best combination.Taking the blank control group as the benchmark,the auto-shrinkage within 72 hours is reduced by 68.6%;the compressive strength reaches 90%of the benchmark group.
