摘 要:为追求小体积等结构优势,紧凑型高压异步电动机温升问题一直存在。文章以某国产6k V紧凑型高压高效三相异步电动机Y2-6305-12电机为例,对转子轴向通风孔优化设计进行研究。文章尝试在不改变Y2-6305-12其他参数条件下,仅通过优化转子轴向通风孔,达到改善该型号电机整体冷却能力、实现电机温升控制的目标。最终结果表明,在一定条件下通过增大转子通风孔内部与空气对流的接触面积,能够达到优化设计目的。In order to pursue the structural advantages of small size,the temperature rise problem of compact high-voltage asynchronous motor has always existed.In this paper,the optimal design of rotor axial vent is studied by taking a domestic 6kV compact high voltage and high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor Y2-6305-12 as an example.This paper attempts to improve the overall cooling capacity of this type of motor and achieve the goal of temperature rise control of the motor only by optimizing rotor axial ventilation holes without changing other parameters of Y2-6305-12.The final results show that the optimal design can be achieved by increasing the contact area between rotor vents and air convection under certain conditions.
