摘 要:在电力电子技术不断发展的过程中,电机控制也逐渐朝着更优化、高效的方向发展。为了解决传统变频器中利用二极管不控整流中具有较大的网侧电流谐波含量的问题,设计基于双DSP的嵌入式异步电机控制系统。通过双DSP控制系统辨识电机参数,实现电机矢量控制,对比单DSP控制系统,能够提高计算速度与采样精度,并且提高系统外部拓展的性能。通过试验表示,在闭环调速过程中的效果良好。双DSP系统在电机无速度传感器矢量控制过程中,能够提高速度估算的效率与精准性,对于电机控制较为精准。In the process of continuous development of power electronics technology,motor control is also gradually developing towards a more optimized and efficient direction.An embedded asynchronous motor control system based on double DSP is designed to solve the problem of large grid-side current harmonic content in the uncontrolled rectification using diodes in traditional frequency converters.The motor parameters are identified by the dual DSP control system,and the vector control is realized.By comparing the single DSP control system,the calculation speed and sampling accuracy can be improved,and the performance of the external expansion of the system can be improved.It is shown by the test that the effect is good in the closed loop speed regulation process.Double DSP system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of speed estimation during the motor speed sensorless vector control process,and is more accurate for motor control.
