摘 要:静止无功发生装置(SVG)广泛应用于风电场、光伏电站等场所,其功率模块若受到电磁干扰,可能发生直流过压故障,进而导致SVG停机。通过电快速瞬变脉冲群试验(EFT)复现了SVG功率模块直流过压故障。故障分析发现,开关电源工作时,SVG功率模块电源变压器的寄生电容将共模干扰传递到测试仪器,形成了电磁干扰。试验表明:在SVG功率模块支撑电容处并联一个Y电容或电阻与电容并联的RC吸收电路,可以有效地避免因电磁干扰而导致的直流过压故障。Static reactive power generators(SVG)are widely used in wind farms,photovoltaic power stations and other places.If their power modules are subjected to electromagnetic interference,DC overvoltage faults may occur,which will lead to the shutdown of SVG.The DC overvoltage fault of the SVG power module is reproduced through the electrical fast transient test(EFT).The fault analysis shows that when the switching power supply is working,the parasitic capacitance of the power transformer of the SVG power module transmits the common mode interference to the test instrument,which forms the electromagnetic interference.Experiments show that connecting a Y capacitor in parallel or an RC absorption circuit with a resistor and capacitor in parallel to the supporting capacitor of the SVG power module can effectively avoid DC overvoltage faults caused by electromagnetic interference.
