摘  要:对含有磷酸盐的高铬砖为内衬的GE水煤浆气化炉运行中开停车次数、运行时间等状况进行了实时跟踪,测量了不同运行阶段气化炉内腔直径,计算了残砖厚度,分析了高铬砖在整个运行周期内的损毁速率及用后残砖的显微结构、成分分布和物相组成等。结果表明:含磷高铬砖在水煤浆气化炉上的全周期服役的损毁速率具有非均匀性,表现为前期慢,中后期快,末期又变慢的特点;侵蚀、渗透和剥落是造成含磷高铬砖炉衬损毁的主要因素,在其服役的不同阶段由特定损毁因素主导是损毁速率不均匀的原因;高铬砖中的磷酸盐抑制了硅酸盐玻璃熔渣的渗透深度,减少了剥落,延长了炉衬寿命。The startup and shutdown times and operation time of a GE coal water slurry gasifier lined with phosphate containing high chrome brick were real-time tracked.The inner chamber diameter of the gasifier in different operation stages was measured,the thickness of residual brick was calculated,the damage rate of high chrome brick during the whole operation cycle and the microstructure,composition distribution and phase composition of residual brick were analyzed.The results show that the damage rate of phosphate containing high chrome brick in the coal water slurry gasifier is not uniform,which is slow in the early stage,fast in the middle stage,and slow again in the final stage;erosion,penetration and spalling are the main factors resulting in the damage of phosphate containing high chrome brick lining;the specific damage factors are dominant in different stages,which is the reason for the uneven damage rate;the phosphate in high chrome brick inhibits the penetration of silicate glass slag,reduces spalling and prolongs the service life of the furnace lining.
