摘　　要：本文通过对湖南省乡镇(街道)、开发区(工业园区)工会工作现状的调查,针对现实工作中面临的主要问题,提出了完善工会工作绩效考核、推动工会干部职业化与专业化、加强社会化工会工作者队伍建设等加强湖南省乡镇(街道)、开发区(工业园区)工会工作的建议。By investigating status of trade union organizations in town(street)and development zone(industrial park),the paper puts forward proposals like improving the performance appraisal,promoting the professionalism and specialization of trade union cadres,and strengthening team construction of trade union organizations in town(street)and development zone(industrial park),aiming at main problems in the reality.
