摘　　要：本文通过分析一些国内社区既有建筑改造为养老建筑的案例,对社区内适合改造的既有建筑和既有建筑的改造策略方法进行探讨。提出空间改造策略和"功能空间置入、新增体块插入、外部环境融入"的改造方法,为国内社区既有建筑的改造提供设计思路。This article analyzes some cases of existing buildings in domestic communities that are transformed into old-age buildings,and discusses the existing buildings suitable for transformation in the community and the transformation strategies and methods of existing buildings.The strategy of spatial renovation and the renovation method of“placement of functional space,insertion of new blocks,and integration of external environment”are proposed to provide design ideas for the renovation of existing buildings in domestic communities.
