摘  要:建立直接进样汞镉测定仪的校准方法。参考直接进样汞镉测定仪的工作原理、出厂指标及相关检测标准,对直接进样汞镉测定仪的计量性能进行探讨,直接进样汞镉测定仪的主要校准项目包括线性相关系数、检出限和测量重复性,参考指标为线性相关系数不小于0.995,汞元素的检出限不大于0.02 ng,镉元素的检出限不大于0.1 ng,测量重复性不大于5%。该校准方法可为直接进样汞镉测定仪的计量校准作参考,保证测量数据准确、可靠。The calibration method of mercury and cadmium tester with direct injection was esitablished.According to working principle of the instrument,the factory index and related testing standards,the measurement performance of the device was discussed,and the main calibration items included the linear correlation coefficient,detection limit and measurement repeatability.The reference technical indexes were determined as:the linear correlation coefficient was not less than 0.995,the detection limit of Hg was not more than 0.02 ng,the detection limit of Cd was not more than 0.1 ng,and the measurement repeatability not more than 5%.This calibration method can be used as a reference for the measurement and calibration of the mercury and cadmium tester with directly injection to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measured data.
