摘  要:酸洗后带钢表面经常出现各种表面缺陷,缺陷可能产生于酸洗过程,也可能来源于热轧过程。针对边部锈带与侧面斑块两种缺陷,首先对缺陷的具体产生区段进行分析;然后,对两种缺陷的宏观与微观特征进行细致观察,在此基础上揭示两种缺陷的产生机理;最后,通过优化立辊辊型有效抑制了边部锈带缺陷,通过优化侧导板控制模式与参数基本消除了侧面斑块缺陷。两项治理措施实施后,有效提高了酸洗速度,避免了斑块缺陷引起的锌层剥落。Various surface defects often appear on the surface after pickling steel strip,the defects may be caused by pickling process or hot rolling process.For the two kinds of defects of edge rust band and side patch,firstly,the specific producing defects section is analyzed.Then the macro and micro characteristics of the two defects are observed carefully,and the generation mechanism of the two defects is revealed on this basis.Finally,the edge rust band defect is effectively suppressed by optimizing vertical roller profile,and the side patch defect is basically eliminated by optimizing the control mode and parameters of the side guide plate.After the implementation of the two treatment measures,the pickling speed was effectively improved and the zinc layer spalling caused by the side patch defect was avoided.
