摘  要:连铸生产时,经常采用轻压下技术改善铸坯质量。为了提高拉矫机的压下能力,拉矫机的上辊由平辊设计改为凸辊。但是某连铸凸辊拉矫机生产现场,出现铸坯压偏缺陷,且铸坯下表面划痕。送引锭时,出现引锭杆跑偏。本文结合生产时铸坯的质量问题和送引锭时出现的跑偏问题,分析了问题出现的原因,给出了解决问题的办法,拉矫机增加侧导辊,合理设计滑板与框架之间的间隙,拉矫机减速电机设计防偏装置。In order to improve the quality of continuous casting,soft reduction technology is adopted.In order to improve the press-down ability of the leveller,the top roller of the leveller is changed from flat roller design to convex roller.However,when the existing continuous casting machine adopts the convex roller pulling and levelling machine,the casting blank is deflected and the surface of the casting blank is scratched.When feeding the dummy bar,it appears that the dummy bar is out of alignment.In this paper,the quality problem of the billet and the deviation problem of the guide ingot are analyzed.The side guide roller is added to the withdrawal and straightening machine.The gap between the slide plate and the frame is designed reasonably.Also the anti deviation device is designed for the reduction motor of the withdrawal and straightening machine.
