基于开源数据的居住区空间模式分类识别研究

摘　　要：居住区空间模式的识别有助于城市信息模型构建及空间类型化研究。研究通过开源数据处理及特征分析将哈尔滨市辖区985个居住区空间模式分类识别为开放及封闭型居住区,并通过抽样检验计算识别准确率;哈尔滨市辖区以封闭型居住区为主进行开发,封闭型及开放型居住区在建设状态和内部功能等方面存在差异。Classification of residential area space pattern can help the construction of CIM and typology research.This study classifies space pattern of 985 residential areas in Harbin municipal districts as open residential areas and gated residential areas by analyzing open data.And calculates the accuracy rate by sampling inspection.Gated residential areas are main developing residential form in Harbin.Meanwhile,there are differences between open residential areas in aspect of building condition and internal function.
