浅谈寒地黑土特色旅游风景区建设规划

摘　　要：为开发寒地黑土特色资源发展旅游业,加强区域联系,提高旅游竞争力,促进地方经济发展。文中以长岭湖风景园区规划为例,阐述寒地黑土地区发展特色旅游风景区的现状,分析了长岭湖风景园区的发展优势,即坚持以保护为前提,挖掘文化内涵,提升寒地旅游知名度,重视景观环境保护,强化生态建设。提出了旅游风景区的发展目标,为寒地黑土特色旅游风景区建设提供参照。To strengthen regional relations,improve tourism competitiveness,and promote local economic development,the black soil characteristic resources tourism in cold area need to be developed.Taking the planning of Changling lake scenic park as an example,this paper expounds the present situation of developing the black soil characteristic tourist scenic spot in cold area,analyzes the development advantages of Changling lake scenic park,That is,we adhere to the protection as the premise,excavate the cultural connotation,enhance the visibility of cold tourism,pay attention to landscape environmental protection,strengthen ecological construction.This paper puts forward the development target of the tourism scenic spot,and provides the reference for the construction of the cold region and black soil characteristic tourism scenic spot.
