海洋大气环境长期暴露混凝土的碳化规律研究

摘  要:对青岛海洋大气环境下暴露7年的钢筋混凝土梁,分别采用酚酞滴定法和碳酸钙定量分析法测定混凝土的碳化程度,分析海洋真实暴露环境下混凝土的碳化规律。试验结果表明,海洋大气环境下混凝土碳化进展相对缓慢,对比分析酚酞滴定法和碳酸钙定量分析法的测量结果,得到酚酞滴定法测得的碳化深度和碳酸钙定量分析法所得碳化前沿深度之间的关系,对混凝土的碳化程度进行精确判断。研究成果可为混凝土结构耐久性预测提供理论依据和数据支持。The carbonation degree of reinforced concrete beams exposed to marine atmospheric environment in Qingdao for seven years was determined by phenolphthalein titration and calcium carbonate quantitative analysis respectively,and the carbonation law of concrete under marine real exposure environment was analyzed.The test results show that the carbonation progress of concrete is relatively slow in marine atmospheric.The measurement results of phenolphthalein titration method and calcium carbonate quantitative analysis method were compared and analyzed.The relationship between the carbonation depth measured by phenolphthalein titration method and the carbonation front depth obtained by calcium carbonate quantitative analysis method is obtained,and the carbonation degree of concrete is accurately judged.The research results can provide theoretical basis and data support for durability prediction of concrete structures.
