摘  要:文中利用铁磁性物质在磁力的作用下可以发生移动的原理,用铁磁性颗粒-磁铁矿等代替石子作为粗骨料配制定向纤维混凝土试件。在试件振捣前,运用磁力驱动磁铁矿颗粒移动,带动纤维转动,对试件受拉部位进行纤维定向。同时制备了相同配比的乱向试件。对定向和乱向试件进行四点弯曲试验。结果表明,定向试件破坏断面上的纤维方向好于乱向试件,且不同纤维长度的定向试件7、28d的极限荷载相对于乱向试件均有所提升,其中12mm纤维混凝土试件28d极限荷载提升最大,为9.94%。可为定向混凝土板内的纤维提供参考。Based on the principle that ferromagnetic material can move under the action of magnetic force,the paper used ferromagnetic particle-magnetite instead of stones as coarse aggregate to perpare oriented fiber concrete specimens.Before the vibration of the specimens,magnetic force was used to drive the magnetite particles to orient the fiber at the tensile position.At the same time,the random fiber specimens with the same ratio were prepared.A four-point bending test was carried out on aligned fiber reinforced concrete specimens and random fiber reinforced concrete specimens.The results show that the fiber orientation on the failure surface of aligned fiber specimens is better than to the random fiber specimens.Besides,the ultimate loads of the aligned fiber specimens with different fiber lengths at 7 days and 28 days ages are increased compared with those of the random fiber specimens.Among them,the ultimate load of 12mm fiber reinforced concrete specimens at 28 days ages increases the most,which is 9.94%.This paper can provide reference for orienting fiber in concrete slab.
