摘  要:文中以某矮塔斜拉桥为依托,针对桥梁所在地的粉质砂地质特性,开展桩侧后注浆钻孔灌注桩施工质量控制技术研究。桩侧后注浆法能够比较有效的增加桩侧摩阻、优化桩侧力学性能,对于提升桩基承载力作用显著。文中通过对施工工艺、设备配置、质量控制进行科学的分析,总结出一套适用于粉质砂层大桩径、超长钻孔桩的桩侧后注浆钻孔灌注桩施工要点,可为今后类似工程项目提供技术参考。In view of the silty sand geological characteristics of a low-pylon cable-stayed bridge,this paper carries out the research on the key construction technology of the post-grouting bored cast-in-place piles.The lateral grouting bored pile can improve the mechanical properties of soil around the pile,which increase the friction resistance around the pile and thus enhance the bearing capacity of the bored pile.Based on the scientific analysis of construction technology equipment configuration and quality control,a set of construction key points of lateral grouting bored piles suitable for large pile diameter and super-long bored piles in silty sand layer is summarized,which can provide technical reference for similar projects in the future.
