摘　　要：半个多世纪以来,东亚合作以构建区域内多边合作框架机制来促进本地区和平与发展,以构建区域一体化为目标,谋求建立东亚共同体。进入21世纪后,东亚合作驱动力减弱,制约了东亚合作进程。2008年以来,逆全球化和贸易保护主义给全球化带来巨大冲击。当前,新冠肺炎疫情严重冲击了全球化进程。新形势下,疫情将成为促进东亚区域合作的新驱动力,区域合作力度将大大增强。同时,东亚供应链面临结构性调整,推动东亚地区经济合作将成为现实需求。For more than half a century,East Asian cooperation has promoted peace and development in the region by building intra-regional multilateral cooperation framework mechanisms,and has sought to construct an East Asian community with the goal of enhancing regional integration.Since the dawn of the 21 st century,the dynamics of East Asian cooperation has diminished,and thwarted the process of East Asian cooperation.Since 2008,anti-globalization and trade protectionism have had a significant impact on globalization.At present,the Covid-19 epidemic has severely impacted the process of globalization.Under this new situation,the epidemic will become a new driving force to promote regional cooperation in East Asia,and regional cooperation will be greatly enhanced.Simultaneously,East Asia’s supply chain is facing structural adjustments;therefore,it will become crucial to promote economic cooperation in East Asia.
