匹伐他汀钙片治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症老年患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨匹伐他汀钙片治疗血脂控制不佳的2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并高脂血症老年患者的临床疗效。[方法]选取2016年5月至2019年10月在本院诊治的血脂控制不佳的T2DM合并高脂血症患者83例,在其他治疗方法不变的前提下将其他他汀类药物换成匹伐他汀钙片治疗,比较患者治疗前后的血糖、血脂水平。[结果]换用匹伐他汀钙片治疗后,患者的空腹葡萄糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、三酰甘油(TG)、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)水平进一步下降(P<0.05);而肌酸激酶(CK).肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_(3))等指标治疗前后无显著变化,且治疗过程中未发现有不良反应。[结论]在对T2DM合并高脂血症老年患者的治疗中,采用匹伐他汀钙片可以进一步降脂,同时对血糖有协同改善作用,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。[Objective]To investigate the efficacy and safety of pitavastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemnia with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in elderly patients.[Methods]A total of 83 elderly patients with hyperlipidemia and type 2 diabetes mellitus who admitted to 464 PLA Hospital from May 2016 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study.Lab examinations such as liver,renal and thyroid function were carried out,then the original statins were replaced by pitavastatin.The FPG(fasting glucose),2hPG(2h postprandial blood glucose),HbAIC(glycosylated hemoglobin),TC and TG(triacylglycerol)levels were compared before and after treatment.[Results]After treatment with Pravastatin,the levels of FPG,2hPG,HbAIC,TG and mAlb(urine microalbumin)were further decreased(P<0.05).while CK(creatine kinase),CKMB(creatine kinase isoenzyme),LDH(lactate dehydrogenase),BUN(urea nitrogen),SCr(creatinine),ALT(alanine aminotransferase)and T_(3)(triodothyronine)did not change significantly,and no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.[Conclusion]Efficacy and safety of pitavastatin in elderly men with hyperlipidemia disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus were better.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
