基于数据挖掘分析陈士铎治疗心系病证用药规律

摘　　要：目的:探究陈士铎治疗心系病证用药规律及学术特色。方法:建立“陈士铎治疗心系病证数据库”,运用Microsoft Excel、SPSS 26.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行频次分析、性、味、归经关联规则以及聚类分析。结果:在纳入的123个方剂,98味药中,陈士铎使用人参、白芍、甘草、当归、白术等补益气血药最为频繁,药性以温、寒、平性居多,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,药物归经以脾胃、肝胆、心经为主。关联规则分析结果显示多用益气温阳、健脾化痰之法。聚类分析显示陈氏治疗心系病证常用药可归为以下6类,分别为滋阴化痰、宁心安神、温阳化痰、健脾益气、生津清热、疏肝养血。结论:陈士铎治疗心系病证,重在温补阳气,擅从肝脾入手,从痰浊论治。Objective:To explore the medication rules and academic characteristics of Chen Shiduo in treating heart diseases.Methods:The database of Chen Shiduo’s treating heart diseases and syndromes was established.The frequency analysis,association rules and cluster analysis of sex,taste,meridian tropism were processed by software of Microsoft Excel,SPSS 26.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0.Results:Among the 123 prescriptions and 98 herbs of Chen Shiduo used Renshen(Ginseng),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae)and other Buyi Qixue(补益气血)herbs were most frequently,most of which were warm,cold and mild in nature,and mainly sweet,bitter and pungent in taste,and mainly spleen,stomach,liver and gallbladder and heart meridian in meridian tropism.The results of association rule analysis showed that the methods of Yiqi Wenyang(益气温阳),strengthening spleen and resolving phlegm were more commonly used.Cluster analysis showed that Chen’s commonly used drugs for heart diseases could be classified into six categories:Ziyin(滋阴)and resolving phlegm,calming heart and mind,warming Yang and resolving phlegm,strengthening spleen and Qi,generating fluid and clearing heat,soothing liver and nourishing blood.Conclusion:Chen Shiduo was good at treating heart diseases by WenBu Yangqi(温补阳气)and was good at treating Gan(肝)and Pi(脾)and Tanzhuo(痰浊).
