针刺并热敏灸治疗肝郁脾虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究针刺并热敏灸对肝郁脾虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征(Irritable Bowel Syndrome,IBS)的治疗效果。方法:采用随机抽样法,将符合条件的52例患者分为两组。治疗组26例给予针刺并热敏灸治疗,对照组26例给予痛泻要方煎剂口服进行治疗,两组均治疗2周,疗程结束后8周进行随访。结果:两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率高于对照组。结论:针刺并热敏灸疗法能较好地治疗肝郁脾虚型IBS,疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture and heat-sensitive moxibustion on diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome due to liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods:52 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,26 cases in the treat group were treated by acupuncture and heat-sensitive moxibustion.26 cases in the control group took Tongxie Yaofang(痛泻要方).Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and heat-sensitive moxibustion shows better clinical efficacy on diarrhea type IBS due to liver depression and spleen.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
