运用“方-病-人”诊疗模式治疗考前紧张综合征的体会

摘　　要：“方-病-人”诊疗模式是黄煌教授创立的一种新的诊疗模式,强调体质辨证与方证相应,并与辨病相结合。运用“方-病-人”诊疗模式诊治考前紧张综合征,从体质入手进行辨证,结合考试焦虑量表进行诊断,由于二者的直观性和客观性,使诊治过程简洁明快,流程规范,其对应的方药也相对统一,不但方法简单,容易上手,而且疗效显著,有非常高的临床推广应用价值。The“prescription-disease-patient”diagnosis and treatment model is a new model created by Professor Huang Huang,emphasizes the mutual correspondence between constitution differentiation and prescription differentiation,and combined with disease differentiation.Starting from constitution differentiation plus the examination anxiety scale,the new model on pre-examination stress syndrome is simple and clear,the process is standardized,and the related prescriptions are relatively unified.Not only the method is easy to apply,but also the effect is significant.It has a very high clinical promotion and application value.
