原发性肾病气虚湿瘀证患者的消白方加减中医治疗研究

摘　　要：目的:探究原发性肾病综合征患者的中医治疗效果。方法:选取76例原发性肾病综合征患者,将患者随机分成两组,每组38例,对照组采用常规西医治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上,使用消白方中药汤加减治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果,相关实验室指标,以及不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),数据差异有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后,观察组的血浆白蛋白明显高于对照组,24小时尿蛋白定量、总胆固醇、尿素氮、血肌酐,明显低于对照组(P<0.05),数据差异有统计学意义。观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的中医症状积分,倦怠乏力、腰膝酸软、形寒肢冷评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的细胞白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-13(Interleukin-13,IL-13)、超敏C反应蛋白(High Sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)明显低于对照组(P<0.05),数据差异有统计学意义。结论:中医治疗原发性肾病综合征患者疗效显著,能够有效提升治疗效果,并且有良好的安全性。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of TCM medicine on primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods:76 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine.The observation group was treated with the Xiaobai prescription(消白方)more.Results:The efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The plasma albumin in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the 24 hours urine protein quantification,total cholesterol,urea nitrogen,and blood creatinine were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,fatigue,weakness of waist and knees,and cold limbs in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-6,IL-13,hs-CRP in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine is effective on primary nephrotic syndrome,with good safety.
