国医大师张震疏调汤的临床应用体会

摘　　要：疏调汤是国医大师张震研究员根据60年之临床诊疗实践经验体会,认识到疏调人体气机必以疏利肝气与调护脾肾相结合的治疗原则为基础,同时兼顾其他有关并发证候而统筹处治,并非单纯之疏肝理气解郁所能圆满实现治疗之目的。因此提出以肝为主体,脾肾为两翼之“一体两翼”的基本治疗理念,既可促进肝之疏泄条达功能,又能顾护先后天之本的脾肾气机,再根据实际需要结合其他必要之治法,在疏调汤的基础方上随证加减灵活施治,可治疗临床常见疾病,效果显著。笔者通过跟师学习、观察与体会,现通过具体病例介绍对该方进行分析及研究。Based 60 years of clinical diagnosis and treatment experience,the TCM medical master Zhang Zhen realized that draining and regulating human body Qi(气)must be based on the treatment principle of draining liver Qi and regulating spleen and kidney,and at the same time,taking into account other related symptoms and the overall treatment,which is not a simple way to smooth liver,regulate qi and relieve depression.Therefore,it is proposed that the basic treatment idea of“one body and two wings”with the liver as the main body and the spleen and kidney as the two wings can not only promote the function of liver dredging and discharging,but also care for the kidney qi which is the essence of the day,and then according to the actual needs with other necessary treatment methods,the basic prescription of the Shutiao decoction(疏调汤)can be treated flexiblyaccording to the syndrome.Through learning from teachers,observation and experience,the Shutiao decoction can treat common clinical diseases.The effect is remarkable.Through the specific case introduction and clinical application experience,this recipe is analyzed and studied.
