脐灸法改善过敏性鼻炎患者临床疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价脐灸法对改善过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Clinical trials、中国知网、维普网和万方数据库等数据库,纳入符合标准的随机对照试验,进行文献的筛选、提取并质量评价,采用RevMan5.3进行数据分析。结果:本次研究共纳入8项随机对照试验,试验组共399例,对照组共387例。Meta分析结果显示:试验组较对照组的总体治疗有效率较高[SMD=0.12,95%CI(0.02,0.23),P=0.02];临床症状积分试验组比对照组较低[SMD=-1.44,95%CI(-2.39,-0.49),P<0.01];而在改善患者体征评分、免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin,Ig)E临床测定水平方面,脐疗组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:从分析结果看,脐灸法可能对过敏性鼻炎的总体治疗有良好疗效,并改善患者临床症状;而对改善患者体征评分、IgE水平测定未见明显优势。由于纳入的文献存在一定的局限性,上述结果尚需开展深入研究进行验证。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of umbilical moxibustion on allergic rhinitis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials that met the criteria were searched by computer in Cochrane Library,PubMed,Clinical trials,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database.The literatures were screened and extracted,and the quality of the literatures was evaluated.Revman 5.3 software was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 8 RCTs were included in this study,with 399 cases in the experimental group and 387 cases in the control group.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that the total efficiency of umbilical moxibustion in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group[SMD=0.12,95%CI(0.02,0.23),P=0.02],and the clinical symptom scores in the experimental group was lower than the control group[SMD=-1.44,95%CI(-2.39,-0.49),P<0.01],but there was no significant difference between the groups in improving the patient’s symptom scores and clinical IgE level(P>0.05).Conclusion:Judging from the results of the Meta-analysis,umbilicus moxibustion may have a good effect on allergic rhinitis,and can ameliorate the clinical symptoms of patients;however,it has no obvious advantage in improving the physical signs scores and IgE level of patients.Due to the limitations of the included literature,the above results need to be verified by further research.
