摘　　要：目的探讨医护细化分工模拟演练在低血压休克患者抢救配合中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月上海长征医院胸心一科工作的医护人员32名,于2018年9~10月期间以分组形式开展医护细化分工模拟演练,模拟低血压休克患者抢救场景,由主治医师、护理人员共同参与抢救过程,2018年1~8月(实施前)、2018年11月至2019年6月(实施后)对医护人员考核结果与急救综合能力进行评价,随机选取相应时期该院收治的低血压休克患者各75例,调查护理满意度。结果实施后医护人员理论知识基本操作、综合素质考核结果均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后医护人员抢救流程评分、仪器/药物使用评分操作技巧评分特殊情况处理评分、总分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后患者对护理的满意度93.33%高于实施前的81.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.881,P=0.027)。结论开展医护细化分工模拟演练,医护人员考核结果较好,急救综合能力和满意度得到提高。Objective To explore the application effect of simulation exercise of medical care division in rescue cooperation of patients with hypotension shock.Methods Thirty-two medical staffs working in the First Department of Chest and Cardiology of Shanghai Changzheng Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected to carry out a sim­ulation exercise of medical care division in a group form from September to October 2018.The rescue scenario of hypo­tension shock patients was simulated.The attending physicians and nursing staffs participated in the rescue process to­gether.From January to August 2018(before the implementation)and from November 2018 to June 2019(after the im­plementation),the assessment results and comprehensive first-aid ability of medical staffs were evaluated.Seventy-five patients with hypotension shock admitted to the hospital during the corresponding period were randomly selected,and the nursing satisfaction was investigated.Results The results of theoretical knowledge,basic operation and comprehensive quality of medical staffs after implementation were better than those before implementation,and the differences were sta­tistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the scores of rescue process,instrument/drug use,operation skills,special situation treatment and total scores of medical staffs were all higher than before,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients with nursing care after the implementation was 93.33%,which was higher than 81.33%before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.881,P=0.027).Conclusions After the stimulation exercise of medical division of labor,the examination result of medical staff is good,which can improve the comprehensive ability and satisfaction of first-aid.
