摘 要:二维过渡金属碳化物(MXene)因其良好的导电性具有优异的电磁屏蔽性能﹐然而其高温不稳定性阻碍了其作为结构型电磁屏蔽材料在航空航天领域的应用。本文利用原位反应法制备出一种新型三明治结构的MXene/CaF_(2)材料,利用管式炉在H_(2)的条件下对MXene/CaF_(2)粉体进行热还原,提高复合材料的高温稳定性,通过700°℃的放电等离子体烧结成功地制备出屏蔽性能强﹐强度高的MXene/CaF_(2)复合陶瓷材料。其中由CaF_(2)与MXene物质的量为5:1制备的MXene/CaF_(2)在700℃下烧结的复合陶瓷材料表现出最优异的性能﹐电磁屏蔽性能在整个X波段中达到37dB,同时MSP法测得的抗弯强度达到142 MPa,维氏硬度硬度达到1.66 GPa。因此,MXene/CaF_(2)复相陶瓷可望作为一种具有良好机械性能的耐高温电磁屏蔽材料获得应用。Two-dimensional transition metal carbide(MXene)has excellent electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding performance due to its good electrical conductivity,but its high temperature instability hinders its application as a structural EMI shielding material in the aeronautic and astronautic field.In this paper,a new type of sandwich structured MXene/CaF_(2) material was prepared by in-situ reaction method,and the MXene/CaF_(2) powder was thermally reduced under the condition of H_(2) using a tube furnace to improve the high temperature stability.The the MXene/CaF_(2) ceramic composites densified by SPS show high EMI shielding performance and strength.In particular,the MXene/CaF_(2),composite ceramic material prepared by 0.02 molCaF_(2),sintered at 700℃shows the most excellent performance.The EMI shielding effectiveness reaches 37dB in the entire X-band.Meanwhile,the bending strength measured by MSP method and Vickers hardness reach 142 MPa and 1.66 GPa,respectively.Therefore,MXene/CaF_(2).composites are expected to be used as a high-temperature EMl shielding material with good mechanical properties.
