摘 要:人工快速渗滤系统(CRI系统)对新兴污染物去除率及填料微生物的响应特征鲜有报道。以抗生素磺胺甲[口恶]唑(SMX)为研究对象,选取粗河沙、细河沙、火山岩、活性炭、蛭石填料构建模拟CRI系统,讨论填料材质和粒径范围对SMX去除率的影响及微生物响应特征。结果表明,河沙、蛭石和火山岩对SMX去除率仅23.2%~51.6%,且随时间推移去除率显著下降,1年后仅为初始阶段的50%。活性炭对SMX平均去除率高于92.5%,系统内伯克氏菌属丰度占比高达51.2%,微生物定向筛选作用强。各系统SMX生物作用与优势菌属丰度有着良好对应关系,可为利用优势菌属丰度指示微生物作用强弱提供参考。There are few reports on the removal efficiency of the constructed rapid infiltration system(CRI)for emerging micro organic pollutants and the response characteristics of microorganisms on different fillers.Based on the typical antibiotic sulfamethoxazole(SMX)as the target contaminant,5 fillers,fine river sand,coarse river sand,volcanic rocks,activated carbon and vermiculite were selected to construct the CRI system to analyze the influences of packing material and particle size range on SMX removal and the response characteristics of microorganisms.The results showed that:the removal rate of natural materials,river sand,vermiculite and volcanic for SMX was only 23.2%-51.6%,and the removal rate decreased significantly with the passage of time.After one year,the removal rate was reduced to half of the initial stage.While the average SMX removal rate of artificial activated carbon was higher than 92.5%.The microbial diversity of the system showed that the abundance of Burkholderiaceae was as high as 51.2%,which indicated that the system had a significant targeted screening effect.In addition,the SMX biodegradation amount of each simulated column had a good relationship with the abundance level of the dominant microorganism Burkholderiaceae at the genus level.This phenomenon can provide a reference for the use of dominant microorganism abundance to indicate the strength of microbial action in the system at genus level.
