摘 要:煤层气L型水平井因其具有可分段压裂,控制范围广,产出效益高等特点,成为近年来煤层气开发的主力井型,但是L型水平井因井斜角度大,全角变化率大,气体影响等因素,排采工艺难度较大。针对区块排采现状及L型水平井排采实践中存在的问题,提出了顶驱螺杆泵的排采优化方案,形成了一套较稳定较高效的煤层气L型水平井顶驱螺杆泵排采系统,为L型水平井的持续稳定排采提供了技术支持,为煤层气的高效开发提供基础。L-type CBM horizontal well has become the main type of CBM development in recent years due to its characteristics of segmented fracturing,wide control range and high output efficiency.However,due to the large deviation angle,large full angle change rate and gas influence,the drainage process of L-type horizontal well is difficult.In view of the current situation of block drainage and the problems existing in the practice of L-type horizontal wells,the optimization scheme of top drive screw pump is put forward,and a set of stable and efficient top drive screw pump drainage system is formed.It provides technical support for the continuous and stable drainage and production of L-type horizontal wells,and provides the basis for the efficient development of CBM.
