摘 要:制动器是汽车上重要的组成部分,起着减速、刹车和驻车的功能。盘式制动器因其优异的制动效能在乘用车和商业车上被广泛使用。针对制动效能的热衰退问题,利用ANSYS软件,建立盘式制动器有限元模型,在热力学理论分析的基础上,进行热—结构耦合分析,得到不同制动时刻制动器的温度变化图,得出通过优化通风式制动盘的风道形式或者在制动盘面增加小孔,可以改善制动盘的散热问题,对提高汽车的主动安全性具有实际的指导意义。The brake is an important part of the car,which plays the functions of deceleration,braking and parking.Disc brakes are widely used in passenger cars and commercial vehicles because of their excellent braking performance.In response to the thermal degradation of braking performance,using ANSYS software,establish a finite element model of the disc brake,based on the theoretical analysis of thermodynamics,conduct thermal-structure coupled analysis,obtain the temperature change diagram of the brake at different braking moments.It is concluded that by optimizing the air duct form of the ventilated brake disc or adding small holes on the brake disc surface,it can improve the heat dissipation problem of the brake disc,and has practical guiding significance for improving the active safety of the car.
