摘 要:为了提升终端客户对已购汽车各项性能的满意度,汽车主机厂一般会在新开发产品批量生产前对整车进行商品性评价,结合横评的竞品和标杆车型整体情况,尽可能发现问题并及时优化设计,避免问题流入市场引起客户抱怨。因此,文章主要从静态和动态,依据不同车速、天气情况及路况对制动性能开展横评,最终形成一套较为完整的汽车商品性之制动性能横评规范,为日常评价工作提供参考。In order to improve the satisfaction of end customers on the performance of purchased cars,automobile OEMs will generally conduct commercial evaluation on the whole vehicle before mass production of newly developed products.Combined with the overall situation of competing products and benchmark models,they will try their best to find problems and optimize the design in time,so as to avoid the problems entering the market and causing customer complaints.Therefore,this paper mainly from the static and dynamic,according to different speed,weather conditions and road conditions to carry out the transverse evaluation of the braking performance,and finally form a more complete set of commercial automotive braking performance criterion,to provide reference for the daily evaluation work.
