摘  要:阳离子烷基糖苷(CAPG)是一种具有突出抑制性能的泥页岩井壁稳定剂。为充分认识CAPG产品的高温稳定性能,对其进行热重分析,并考察了在高温老化条件下其对无土基浆和有土基浆流变性能的影响。实验结果表明:CAPG产品本身抗温达248℃,产品分子高温稳定性突出;CAPG可使无土基浆的抗温能力由100℃提高到150℃;CAPG可使有土基浆的抗温能力由120℃提高到180℃;CAPG的存在可大幅提升钻井液的抗高温老化性能,使钻井液在高温条件下仍能保持较好的流变性能。分析认为,CAPG的抗温能力是通过羟基、醚键及季铵基团的吸附、交联及护胶等作用来实现的。本研究为CAPG产品现场应用提供了技术参考。Cationic alkyl polyglucoside(CAPG)is a kind of shale wellbore stabilizer with outstanding inhibition performance.In order to fully understand the high temperature stability of CAPG products,thermogravimetric analysis was carried out,and the effects of CAPG on the rheological properties of clay free and clay based slurries were investigated under the condition of high temperature aging.The experimental results show that:the temperature resistance of CAPG product reaches 248℃,and the high temperature stability of product molecules is outstanding;CAPG can increase the temperature resistance of clay free based slurries from 100℃to 150℃;CAPG can increase the temperature resistance of clay based slurries from 120℃to 180℃;the existence of CAPG can greatly improve the high temperature aging resistance of drilling fluid,so that the drilling fluid can still maintain good rheological properties at high temperature.The analysis shows that the temperature resistance of CAPG is realized by the adsorption,cross-linking and gel protection of hydroxyl,ether bond and quaternary ammonium group.This study provides a technical reference for the field application of CAPG products.
