摘　　要：本发明以4-硝基三氟甲苯和对三氟甲基苯酚为原料,在催化剂的作用下,升温反应完全后,经降温、析晶、过滤、水洗、干燥一步法制得4,4'-双三氟甲基二苯醚纯品。采用本发明的方法具有以下有益效果:原材料易于购买,反应溶剂可回收套用,后处理操作简单,收率高等优点。The invention uses 4-nitrotrifluoromethyltoluene and p-trifluoromethylphenol as raw materials,under the action of catalyst,after heating,the reaction is complete,the temperature is reduced,the crystallization and the filtration are carried out,the water is washed and the drying is carried out to obtain the pure 4,4'-bis trifluoromethyldiphenyl ether.The method of the invention has the advantages of easy purchase of raw materials,recyclable reaction solvent,simple post-treatment operation and high yield.
