高效液相法测定红景天胶囊中红景天苷含量

摘　　要：建立了红景天胶囊中红景天苷含量的测定方法:以十八烷基键合相硅胶为填充剂(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:V(甲醇)∶V(水)=20∶80,流速1 mL/min,柱温为室温,检测波长250 nm。结果表明,红景天苷在2.0~300μg/mL浓度范围线性关系良好,R=0.9999;重复性实验RSD为0.0288%;系统精密度实验RSD为0.422%,中间精密度实验RSD分别为0.0264%、0.408%;准确度实验回收率为96.2%~99.2%,其中RSD为1.11%;稳定性实验RSD为0.714%。该实验方法简单、准确,可作为红景天胶囊中红景天苷含量的测定方法。To establish a method for determination of salidroside in Rhodiola Capsules,C18 column(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used with methanol-water(20∶80)as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 250 nm,and the column temperature was room temperature.The results showed that the injection volume of salidroside showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 2.0~300μg/mL(R=0.9999);the RSD of the repetitive experiment was 0.0288%,and the RSD of system precision test was 0.422%;the RSDs of the intermediate precision experiment were 0.0264%and 0.408%,respectively;in accuracy test,the recovery rate was 96.2%~99.2%,with 1.11%RSD;in the stability experiment,the RSD was 0.714%.It indicated that the method was simple and sensitive,which can be used for the content determi-nation and quality control of Rhodiola Capsule.
