巫山淫羊藿不同药用部位有效成分分析研究

摘　　要：比较研究巫山淫羊藿不同药用部位有效成分含量的差异,为不同药用部位的应用提供合理依据。采用高效液相色谱法检测朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷的含量,以乙腈-水作为流动相等梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm。结果显示,不同药用部位中4种化学物质含量存在一定的差异,叶片中4种化合物含量最高。这表明巫山淫羊藿不同药用部位的内在质量存在差异,这为巫山淫羊藿药材的应用提供可靠支撑。A comparative study of the differences in the content of active ingredients in different medicinal parts of Epimedium wushanense couLd provide a reasonable basis for the application of different medicinal parts.The content of Chaohuodin A,Chaohuodin B,Chaohuodin C,and icariin were detected by high performance liquid chromatography,eluted with acetonitrile-water as the isocratic flow,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 270nm.The resuLts showed that the contents of 4 chemical substances in different medicinal parts were different,and the contents of 4 compounds in leaves were the highest.This shows that there are differences in the internal quality of different medicinal parts of Epimedium Wushan,which provides reliable support for the application of Epimedium Wushan.
