摘　　要：本文介绍了某大型煤制氢工艺装置在提负荷前发现甲烷化炉床层温差出现异常,从催化剂是否中毒和现场实际分析数据等方面深入分析原因并提出解决方案,对煤制氢装置现场运行具有一定借鉴和指导意义。It introduces the abnormal rising of methanation reactor bed’s gross Temperature Difference in a large coal to hydrogen plant before load increasing,the reasons from aspects of whether the catalyst was poisoned or not and the actual analysis data on site were deeply analyzed and the final solutions raised in paper will provide guidance for operation of coal to hydrogen plant.
