摘　　要：目的 探讨HIV感染者/AIDS患者(PLWHA)的感知歧视情况及其影响因素.方法 选取深圳市第三人民医院2020年6月—2021年2月自愿参与本研究的PLWHA为研究对象,采用Berger HIV感知歧视量表调查PLWHA感知歧视现状,分析其感知歧视的影响因素.结果 本研究122例PLWHA感知歧视得分(120.90±16.47)分,维度条目均分(2.86±0.47)分,感知歧视处于中等偏上水平,且其中91例S D S评分>53分.单因素分析结果显示,性别、文化程度、亲友是否知晓、自觉身体状况、性取向、C D4细胞计数、抑郁是P L W H A感知歧视得分高的影响因素(P<0.05);进一步应用多重线性回归分析显示,性别、亲友是否知晓、自觉身体状况、性取向、文化程度是PLWHA感知歧视得分高的主要影响因素(P<0.05).结论 PLWHA感知歧视处于中等偏上水平,性别、亲友是否知晓、自觉身体状况、性取向、文化程度是PLWHA感知歧视得分高的主要影响因素,建议制定有效的干预措施以缓解HIV感染者/AIDS患者感知歧视.Objective To analyze the perceived discrimination and its influencing factors of AIDS patients or people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA).Methods The PLWHA,who voluntarily participated in this study from June 2020 to February 2021 in The Third People's Hospital of Shenzhen,was selected as the research object,and the Berger HIV perceived discrimination scale was used to investigate the status of PLWHA perceived discrimination and analyze the influencing factors of its perceived discrimination.Results In this study,122 cases of PLWHA had a Perceived Discrimination Score of(120.90±16.47)and an average score of dimensional items(2.86±0.47).Perceived discrimination was in the upper middle level,and 91 of them had SDS scores greater than 53 points.Univariate analysis showed that gender,education level,whether relatives and friends are aware of,conscious physical condition,sexual orientation,CD4 cell count,and depression are the influencing factors of high PLWHA perception discrimination score(P<0.05).Further multivariate regression analysis showed that gender,whether relatives and friends were aware of,conscious physical condition,sexual orientation,and educational background were the main influencing factors for the high score of PLWHA perceived discrimination(P<0.05).Conclusion Perceived discrimination of PLWHA is in the upper middle level.Gender,whether relatives and friends are aware of,conscious physical condition,sexual orientation,and educational background are the main influencing factors for the high score of perceived discrimination of PLWHA.It is suggested to develop effective intervention programs to alleviate perceived discrimination among HIV / AIDS Patients.
