摘 要:目前稻米品质改良已成为水稻育种的重要目标。稻米品质主要包括外观、加工、蒸煮食味和营养品质,由极其复杂的基因调控网络决定。CRISPR/Cas9系统作为新发展的定向基因编辑系统为水稻品质改良提供了重要的技术支撑,该系统具有操作简单、编辑效率高、易于多基因编辑等优点。本研究结合CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑系统及稻米品质相关基因的研究进展,详细介绍了CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑系统在稻米品种改良中的应用,讨论了该技术在水稻品质改良中存在的问题和改进策略,旨在为利用CRISPR/Cas9技术创制优质水稻新品种提供参考。At present,grain quality improvement has become a key target for rice breeding.Rice quality mainly includes appearance,processing,cooking taste and nutritional quality,which is determined by the extremely complicated gene regulation network.As a newly developed targeted gene-editing system,the CRISPR/Cas9 system provides important technical support for rice quality improvement.The system has the advantage of simple operation,high editing efficiency,and easy multi-gene editing.In this study,the combines the research progress of the CRISPR/Cas9 gene-editing system and rice quality-related genes,then introduces in detail the application of the CRISPR/Cas9 system in rice variety improvement.Finally,the problems and improvement strategies of this technology were discussed,the purpose is to provide a reference for creating new high-quality rice varieties using CRISPR/Cas9 technology.
