摘 要:为探究矮壮素对永福报春苣苔(Primulina yungfuensis)营养生长、开花的影响,筛选控制株型的最佳处理。本研究以永福报春苣苔两年生扦插苗为材料,使用6种不同质量浓度的矮壮素,以清水为对照对植株进行灌根和叶喷。结果表明,在叶面喷施和根灌处理2种施用方式下,各处理浓度均具有矮化控制效果且随浓度的增加呈现先增加后减弱的变化趋势,其中以矮壮素400~500 mg/L为最佳施用浓度范围。从处理方式看,叶面喷施和根灌对植株的冠幅、叶长、叶宽、叶柄长均有影响,但差异不明显;对于初花期的影响表现为低浓度(约300 mg/L)叶喷效果明显,高浓度(400~700 mg/L)灌根则更优。隶属函数显示500 mg/L的矮壮素根灌处理控制永福报春苣苔株型,提前花期效果明显,综合效果最好。本研究为报春苣苔属植物的矮化栽培,提高观赏价值提供了理论指导。In order to study the effect of CCC on vegetative growth and flowering of Primulina yungfuensis,and screen the best treatment for plant type control.The two-year-old cuttings of Primulina yungfuensis were treated in chlormequat(CCC)of six different concentrations with foliage spray and root irrigation,water as control.The results showed that each treatment concentration had dwarfing control effect,which increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of concentration under foliage spray and root irrigation.The optimum concentration range of chlormequat was 400~500 mg/L.In terms of treatment methods,foliage spray and root irrigation had effects on crown width,leaf length,leaf width and petiole length of plants,but the difference was not obvious;while the effect on the early flowering stagewas that foliage spray has obvious effect under low concentration(about 300 mg/L),and root irrigation under high concentration(400~700 mg/L)was better.Membership function method told that 500 mg/L chlormequat root irrigation could control the plant type of Primulina yungfuensis and bring forward florescence,which was best.This study provides theoretical guidance for dwarfing cultivation of Primulina and improving ornamental value.
