多院区麻醉科室管理与服务存在的问题及对策探讨

摘　　要：医院多院区发展模式扩大了医教研发展空间,弥补了医疗硬件资源的不足,增强了医院发展的实力,但也为医院带来了管理上的困难与挑战。麻醉科作为医院重要的平台科室,承载着保障医院手术安全的关键职责。麻醉科室应积极探讨、解决多院区模式对科室运行和管理带来的挑战,建立多院区一体化管理及应急机制、绩效考核机制,以利于医院健康、可持续发展。The multi-campus of hospital enlarges the space for the development of medical research and education,makes up for the shortage of medical hardware resources,and enhances the strength and advantages of hospital development.However,it also brings difficulties and challenges for management.As an important platform department of the hospital,anesthesiology department takes on the key responsibility of ensuring surgery safety.Anesthesiology department should positively explore the solution to the challenges brought by multi-campus to department operation and management,establish unified multi-campus management,emergency response,and performance assessment system,so as to promote healthy and sustainable development of the hospital.
