游离植皮术后负压封闭引流术的临床应用及护理策略探讨

摘　　要：目的研究游离植皮术后负压封闭引流术(VSD)的临床应用与护理方法。方法选取我院烧伤整形皮肤外科于2019年2月-2020年7月间收治的46例游离植皮术后VSD患者,采用随机数表法将患者分入试验组和对照组,试验组(23例)患者接受综合护理干预,对照组(23例)接受常规护理,比较护理结果差异。结果两组患者的相关临床指标显示,试验组患者的肉芽生长时间、上皮组织生长时间以及创面愈合时间等均显著优于对照组(p<0.05);并发症发生率试验组低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论烧伤患者接受游离植皮术后VSD临床干预期间,采取综合护理措施可降低并发症发生,促使创面愈合。Objective To study the clinical application and nursing methods of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)after free flap transplantation.Methods Forty-six patients with VSD after free flap transplantation in our hospital from February 2019 to July 2020 were included and randomly divided into experimental group(n=23)and control group(n=23).Results The clinical indicators of the two groups showed that the granulation growth time,epithelial tissue growth time and wound healing time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(p<0.05);the incidence of complications of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion For the burn patients with VSD after free flap transplantation,comprehensive nursing care can reduce the incidence of complications.
