摘　　要：目的探索基于微信平台的线上康复指导对精神疾病患者康复的干预效果。方法采用非随机方法选取8名康复患者作为研究对象,进行线上康复指导,通过访谈法对线上干预效果进行定性评估。结果基于微信平台的线上指导对防控精神疾病患者疾病复发、改善其社交能力、恢复社会功能具有积极作用。结论基于微信平台的线上康复指导可以作为线下康复活动的补充,帮助精神疾病患者获得疾病方面的知识,防止疾病复发,改善其社交和生活等多方面能力。Objective To explore the effect of online rehabilitation guidance based on WeChat platform on the rehabilitation patients with mental illness.Methods A non-random method was used to select 8 rehabilitation patients as the research objects,and online rehabilitation guidance was conducted,and the effect of online intervention was qualitatively evaluated through interviews.Results Online guidance based on the WeChat platform has a positive effect on preventing and controlling the recurrence of mental illness patients,improving their social abilities,and restoring social functions.Conclusion Online rehabilitation guidance based on the WeChat platform can be used as a supplement to offline rehabilitation activities to help patients with mental illness acquire knowledge about diseases,prevent disease recurrence,improve their ability in many aspects such as social interaction and life living.
