摘　　要：目的通过手术信息电子展示系统的建立,实现手术台实时进程信息的共享,为外科医生提供手术接台等待时间等数据查询。方法运用精益管理理念,对内部客户的需求进行调查,通过跨部门团队协作,设计研发基于精益管理理念的手术信息电子展示系统。结果系统上线实施后,有效提高了手术间利用效率,平均手术接台时间缩短至33分钟,急诊手术等待时间缩短35分钟,患者禁饮禁食符合率上升至88.9%,手术医生满意度98.3%。结论手术信息电子展示系统能实现手术室信息共享,提升手术间利用率,缩短手术等待时间,提高工作效率。Objectives Through the establishment of an electronic display board for surgical information,the real-time process information of the operating table can be shared,which provide the surgeons with query of data such as waiting time for surgery.Methods The lean management concept was used to investigate the needs of internal customers.An electronic surgical information display system based on the lean management concept was designed and developed through cross-department team collaboration.Results After the implementation of the system,the utilization efficiency of the operating room was effectively improved.The average surgical connection time was shortened to 33 minutes.The waiting time for emergency surgery was shortened by 35 minutes.The compliance rate of patients with fasting rose to 88.9%,and the satisfaction rate of surgeons was 98.3%.Conclusion The surgical information electronic display board can realize the sharing of information in the operating room,improve the utilization rate of the operating rooms,shorten the waiting time for surgeries,and improve work efficiency.
