摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的加重,脑小血管病发病率逐年上升,严重增加了社会经济负担。出于技术手段限制,目前针对于脑小血管病诊断的方法还较局限。文章就此方面进行综述,以期为脑小血管病早期诊断和治疗起到一定的帮助。With the aging of population,the incidence of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)has been increasing in recent years,which has increased social and economic burden.Due to the limitations of technology,the diagnosis methods of CSVD are limited.In this article,we reviewed the imaging and clinical characteristics of different types of CSVD in order to provide some help for the early diagnosis and treatment.
