“互联网+”平台联合孕前ACI模式在备孕人群健康管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探索"互联网+"平台联合孕前风险评估、咨询和干预(ACI)模式对备孕夫妇孕前健康风险干预效果。方法:选择2020年1~6月在重庆市妇幼保健院妇女保健科参加孕前检查1500对备孕夫妇,按照已建立的中国育龄夫妇孕前健康风险暴露评估核心指标,筛出风险人群1770例。研究组用"互联网+"平台联合孕前ACI模式干预,对照组仅进行诊间治疗及指导。半年后比较两组风险改善情况。结果:4种风险类型A、B、C、U类改善率分别为40.54%、86.57%、57.63%、70.78%,四类风险差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=216.69,P<0.05),经两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组A、C、U类风险改善率分别为53.73%、64.66%、79.28%,明显高于对照组(27.38%、50.39%、62.04%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组B类风险改善率(88.89%)与对照组(84.36%)相比差异无统计学意义(P=0.214)。结论:备孕人群对风险的认识仅停留在检出疾病上面,"互联网+"平台联合孕前ACI模式可提高备孕人群风险干预的效果。Objective:To explore the effect of the new model,which combined internet platform and assessment,counseling and intervention(ACI),on promoting preconception healthcare.Methods:According to the"core indicators of preconception health risk exposure status in Chinese reproductive couples",1500 couples participated in examination of preconception in Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children from January 2020 to June 2020,were evaluated the preconception health risk.1770 cases at various risks were screenedout.The cases in the study group were managed by the Internet platform combined ACI mode,while the cases in the control group only received the consultation in the clinic.Six months later,the risk improvement was compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement rates of type A,B,C and U were 40.54%,86.57%,57.63%and 70.78%respectively,and the differences among the four risk types were statistically significant(χ^(2)=216.69,P<0.05),after pair comparison,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement rates of type A,C and U in the study group were 53.73%,64.66%and 79.28%respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(27.38%,50.39%and 62.04%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of the improvement rate of type B between the study group and the control group(88.89%vs 84.36%,P=0.214).Conclusions:The preconception couples only pay attention to the detected diseases.The Internet platform combined with ACI mode can improve the effect of risk intervention for preconception couples.
