一株野生丝盖冬菇菌株的鉴定及其生物学特性

摘  要:对从君迁子树近地枯木上采集到的野生冬菇进行形态学和ITS分析,确定为丝盖冬菇变种(Flammulina velutipes var. filiformis)。菌丝最适生长温度为24℃~26℃,子实体生长温度为-2℃~20℃,最适温度10℃~15℃。在适宜环境条件下,使用棉籽壳78%、麸皮20%、石灰1%、蔗糖1%、水130%的配方进行人工栽培,生物转化率达82.5%~85.3%。菌丝白色,子实体棕色至黄棕色,菌盖直径1.5 cm~3.0 cm,菌柄长10 cm~18 cm,子实体表面光滑,有粘液。Morphological research and ITS analysis of a wild Flammulina velutipes strain collected from near-ground dead wood of soft jujube,which was identified as Flammulina velutipes var.filiformis.The optimum temperature of mycelium growth was 24℃-26℃,the temperature for fruiting body growth was-2℃-20℃,the optimum temperature was 10℃-15℃.Under suitable environmental conditions,using 78%cotton seed hull,20%bran,1%lime,1%sucrose,and 130%water for artificial cultivation,the biotrans formation rate is 82.5%-85.3%.The hyphae was white,the fruiting body was brown to yellowish brown,the diameter of cap is 1.5 cm^(-3).0 cm,the length of stipe was 10 cm-18 cm,and the surface of the fruiting body is smooth with mucus.
