摘　　要：羊肚菌栽培方式与传统食用菌的栽培有较大差别,仍有诸多问题制约着产业快速、稳定发展。通过总结羊肚菌栽培过程中出现的菌种老化等常见问题及常见病害,深入分析原因并探讨解决对策,以期为广大羊肚菌栽培从业者提供参考。The cultivation mode of Morchella spp.was quite different compared with the traditional edible fungi,and there were still many problems restricting the rapid and stable development of Morchella spp.industry.The common problems,such as strain aging and common diseases of Morchella spp.were summarized in this paper.The causes of the problem and solutions were analyzed for providing a reference for the majority of Morchella spp.cultivation practitioners.
