摘 要:在大渡河流域海拔1 250 m沿河河谷(Ⅰ)和海拔1 850 m河谷半高山(Ⅱ) 2个代表性海拔区域进行康定灵芝栽培试验,研究海拔对康定灵芝性状的影响。结果表明,试验点Ⅱ栽培的康定灵芝子实体菌盖直经与菌柄长度比值为2.371±0.62,子实体平均单重为34.4 g,与试验点Ⅰ差异极显著,且试验点Ⅱ康定灵芝的产量(685 g·m^(-2))、灵芝多糖含量百分比(1.58%)、三萜及甾醇含量百分比(1.68%)均优于试验点Ⅰ。The cultivation experiment of Kangding Ganoderma leucocontextum was carried out in two representative areas of Dadu River Basin,which were 1250 m above sea level in the river valley(Ⅰ)and 1850 m above sea level in the semi-high mountain valley(Ⅱ),to study the effect of cultivation altitude on the characters of Kangding G.leucocontextum.Test results showed that the ratio of cap diameter stalk length of fruiting body of Kangding G.leucocontextum in test siteⅡwas 2.371±0.62,and average weight per plant fruiting body is 34.4 g,which has significant difference with test siteⅠ.The yield of Kangding G.leucocontextum(685 g·m-2),polysaccharide content percentage(1.58%),triterpene and sterol content percentage(1.68%)in test siteⅡwere better than those in the test siteⅠ.
