摘  要:利用聚氯乙烯透明膜膜外覆盖遮阳网(PVC膜)和共挤压式3层复合膜(PEP绿白膜)覆盖大棚,探讨不同棚膜内温度、湿度、光照强度、CO_(2)浓度等环境因子对羊肚菌生产的影响。结果表明,2种棚膜均可应用于羊肚菌生产,PVC膜大棚设施内环境因子稳定性波动大,大棚设施内有较大的温差和光照强度,使设施内更易形成环境胁迫,从而促进羊肚菌菌核的形成。PVC膜大棚设施内羊肚菌的子实体品质和产量均高于PEP绿白膜大棚,PVC膜外覆盖遮阳网更适合羊肚菌栽培。The polyvinyl chloride transparent film covered with sunshade nets(PVC film)and the co-extruded 3-layer composite film(PEP green and white film)covering the greenhouse were used to explore the effects of temperature,humidity,light intensity,CO_(2)concentration and other environmental factors on Morchella esculenta production.The results showed that two types of palstic films could be applied to the production of M.esculenta.The stability of environmental factors in the PVC film greenhouse had large fluctuations in stability,and the large temperature difference and light intensity difference in the greenhouse facilities made it easier to form environmental stress in the facility,thereby promoting the formation of M.esculenta sclerotia.The fruiting body quality and yield of M.esculenta in the PVC film greenhouse were higher than those in the PEP green white film greenhouse,and the PVC film covered with sunshade netswas more suitable for M.esculenta cultivation.
