摘　　要：以六妹羊肚菌(Morchella sextelata)为材料,在供试基础平板培养基中分别添加正常施用浓度为5%、10%、50%、100%、200%的8种甘肃农作物生产中的常用农药,观察其对羊肚菌菌丝生长和菌核形成的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的3种除草剂和5种杀虫剂对羊肚菌菌丝生长均有一定的抑制作用,正常施用浓度5%和10%的草甘膦异丙铵盐和氟氯氰菊酯抑制作用微弱,但各浓度下的草甘膦异丙铵盐无法使羊肚菌菌丝扭结而形成菌核。With the use of Morchella sextelata as the test material,the effects on the mycelium growth and sclerotia formation of M.sextelata were studied by adding 8 kinds of pesticides which were commonly used in crop production in Gansu province in the test basic plate cultivation medium with normal concentration of 5%,10%,50%,100%and 200%.The results showed that three kinds of herbicides and five kinds of insecticides had certain inhibitory effect on mycelium growth of M.sextelata.The normal application of 5%and 10%isopropyl-ammonium glyphosate and cypermethrin had weak inhibitory effect,but the different concentrations of isopropylammonium glyphosate didn’t kink and form sclerotium of M.sextelata.
