摘 要:含油浮渣作为一种危险固体废弃物,若处置不当不仅会危害环境,还会造成资源浪费。针对含油浮渣含油量高及有机物含量高等问题,以处理后渣相中含油率和水相中TOC去除率为技术指标,采用单因素实验对破乳剂协助超声-Fenton氧化联合处理含油浮渣工艺进行条件优化。结果表明最优条件为:破乳剂浓度20 mg/L、温度60℃、超声时间10 min、固液比1∶4、pH值3、Fe^(2+)浓度0.4 g/L、H_(2)O_(2)用量2 mL,此时渣相中含油率达到20.65%,水相中TOC去除率达到45.98%,为含油浮渣资源化处理提供了参考。As a kind of hazardous solid waste, oily scum does not only pose a huge threat to the ecosystem, but also cause of non-renewable resources. Aiming at the problems of high oil content, high organic matter of oily scum, based on the modification of oil content residue phase and TOC removal rate in water phase, the conditions of ultrasonic-Fenton oxidation process assisted by demulsifier were optimized by single factor experiment. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: the concentration of SP-142 was 20 mg/L, ultrasonic time was 10 min, solid-to-liquid ratio was 1∶ 4, temperature was 60 ℃, pH value was 3, the concentration of Fe^(2+) was 0.4 g/L, and the dosage of H_(2)O_(2) was 2 mL. As a result, the oil content in the residue phase was 20.65%, and the removal rate of TOC in water phase was 45.98%, which provided a reference for the resource utilization of oily scum.
