叶天士辨治崩漏学术特色探析

摘　　要：新安医家叶天士临床诊疗经验丰富,尤善内科诸瘥,对于妇科相关疾病亦有较深的见解。笔者研读、分析《叶天士医学全书》中妇科崩漏验案,将叶天士妇科临床治验学术思想总结为经脉不固,治以调畅冲任;脏腑内伤,治以实脏通腑;营卫不和,治以甘缓调中。其思维独到,圆机活方,用药灵活,效果显着。叶氏集各家专长,融会贯通,治疗崩漏的思路充分体现了奇经八脉辨证、“女子以肝为先天”、营卫辨证等独具一格的学术特色,对于现代中医药治疗崩漏的临床实践仍具有重要的指导意义,有利于启发后学。Xin'an doctor YE Tianshi has rich experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment.He is especially good at various diseases in internal medicine and has a deep understanding of gynecological diseases.The author studied and analyzed the cases of gynecological metrorrhagia in YE Tianshi's medical book,and summarized YE Tianshi's academic thought of clinical treatment of gynecological metrorrhagia as follows:the meridians are not solid,and the treatment is to regulate the flow of Qi and Chong Ren;The internal injury of viscera should be treated by strengthening viscera and dredging viscera;If there is disharmony between Ying Wei,the rule should be gentle and moderate.YE's idea of treating metrorrhagia fully embodies the unique academic characteristics of eight meridians syndrome differentiation,“women's liver is congenital”,Ying Wei syndrome differentiation and so on.It still has important guiding significance for the clinical practice of modern Chinese medicine in the treatment of metrorrhagia,and is conducive to enlightening later learning.
